Golf Emblem

Dennis J. Baird, age 61, of North Ridgeville, passed on Friday, February 17, 2012, following a short battle with cancer.
He was born in Cleveland and has lived in North Ridgeville for more than 30 years, moving from Parma. He graduated from Valley Forge High School in 1968 and attended the Ohio State University.
Dennis worked for Active Plumbing Supply, where the best damn salesman they've ever seen.
He found his enjoyment outdoors, either on the golf course or fishing. He was an exceptional baseball and softball coach for many years. Denny loved nature and all creatures great and small, especially his own dogs and cats.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cheryle (nee Koran); daughters Bonnie (Tommy Klypchak) and Sara Baird; brother Rick (Kathy); sister Pamela (Gary) Allen-Wright. He is the beloved son-in-law of Frank and Rita Koran, brother-in-law to Wayne Koran (Kris), Gayle Nagy (Andy), Michelle Davis (Gary), Jeff Koran (Trish), Laurie Webb (Tony), and Tina Koran (Barb) and cherished uncle to many. He is preceded in death by his parents Evelyn (nee Kaminski) and Jack Baird.
Family will receive friends in the BOGNER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 36625 CENTER RIDGE ROAD, N. RIDGEVILLE, MONDAY, FEB. 20 FROM 5-8 P.M.
