Stephen H. Guy, 62, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012 surrounded by his family at home in North Ridgeville.
Stephen was born on December 5, 1949 in Washington, Indiana. He has been a resident of North Ridgeville for 24 years.
Mr. Guy was a maintenance mechanic for Grub Ellis, retiring just last month due to illness.
Stephen was very passionate about motorcycles and classic cars. He loved to ride and he also loved to attend car cruises and car shows. He was especially proud of his 1968 Shelby GT 500.
Survived by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy (nee Lutz); son, Steve (Christine) Guy; daughter, Kim (Wes) Patrick; granddaughters, Felicia, Cassandra and Caitlyn; mother, Katherine (nee Edelhuber); brothers, Kevin, Jerry, Tim, Pat, Chris, John, Mike and Mark; and sisters, Mary-Lou, Martha, Margaret and Elizabeth.
Predeceased by his father, Charles; and sister, Michelle.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd, N. Ridgeville. A Memorial Service will take place at 1 PM, Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Church of God of Prophecy, 8131 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville. The Reverend Donnal Markham will officiate.
