Judy Martin (nee Edwards), age 75, of North Ridgeville passed away Friday April 27, 2012 at EMH Regional Medical Center following a short illness.
She was born in Crossville, TN and had resided in North Ridgeville the past 48 years after moving from Olmsted Falls.
Mrs. Martin owned and operated Judy's Cleaning Service for 21 years retiring in 2010. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening and canning. She was most passionate about spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Johnson of North Ridgeville, and Rodney (Carla) Johnson of Columbia Station, daughter Shirley (Steve) Sharp of Elyria, grandchildren, Brenda Mahler-Johnson, Joseph Bennett, Chantz Cricoe, Ryan and Nicholas Kordish, great grandchildren, Braylin, Jaxton, Tristan and Ty, her former husband, Emerson Martin of Nova, sisters, Midge Kilby and Sarah Jo Garrett, both of Crossville, TN, brothers, JC Edwards of Crossville and Roger Edwards of North Ridgeville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Pansy Edwards, daughter Peggy Mackay, granddaughter, Regan Denger, brothers, Harold, Arthur Jr. and Howard Edwards, sisters, Geraldine Collins and Linda Edwards.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6pm until time of Memorial Service at 8PM Monday April 30 at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Private interment will take place in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
